What a great place! My wife & I drove up from Gilbert because we hadn't been to Kearny. We sat at the bar, and Lucinda treated us like family; the service was prompt and warm. Javier was meticulous in checking the cooking oils for soy -- wife has an allergy -- and they couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The food was fantastic. The shredded beef tacos had twice the meat that every other place has, and they were cooked perfectly. The refried beans were savory and delicious -- I think they might have been peruano, which is exciting. We'll be back to Kearny, and to G.J., as soon as we can.
